You must provide accurate and complete information when booking our services.

You are responsible for securing all necessary permissions, permits, and consents for us to perform our services on any location or for any individuals featured in the media.

You are responsible for communicating any specific requests regarding the style, content, or scope of the media services prior to the shoot or project start.

Glass House Films retains full ownership of all raw media, including video footage and photography files.

Upon full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the final delivered media for personal or commercial purposes as agreed. Any additional usage, such as for third-party advertising or resale, requires further permission from us.

You agree not to modify, edit, or alter the delivered media without prior written consent, except for minor cropping or resizing.
